I spend  countless hours here, exploring the tree lined streets & reading in front of the fire, soaking up the stories & quietude of a simpler time, daydreaming, loving - and like me, each time you leave you will be longing for your next return.

LLANFYLLIN HOUSE is an historic late 1800’s home in the very heart of Golden Point, on the edge of Central Ballarat in Victoria. A home steeped in history & romance, you are sure to fall deeply in love here. Ballarat itself is a vibrant city of 4 distinct seasons - each beautiful in its own right, we love our time here at all times of the year equally.

CAREFULLY CURATED, BESPOKE & BEAUTIFUL…

LLANFYLLIN HOUSE has been built, renovated & decorated with love, from its first conception in the late 1800’s, through to the current day. The captivating history of the home, original architectural features of the property, including leadlight & bay windows, open fireplaces & traditional kitchen provides the perfect backdrop for the carefully curated collections, fine linens, cozy textures and objects of intrigue!

LLANFYLLIN HOUSE is our own personal getaway, so no detail has been overlooked.

In terms of practicalities, we have a full kitchen, free hi-speed wi-fi, Smart TV, cozy open fires, hydronic heating & reverse cycle air-conditioning, basic provisions and firewood. There is also plenty of room for parking.

About Me ...

I am a Stylist, Author, Musician & history lover who introduced an award winning home staging service to Ballarat property sellers. I count myself as blessed to be just the fourth custodian of this special home and am looking forward to sharing the story of this exquisite home & pretty city with those who come to stay or be married at my Ballarat Goldfields Airbnb.
